  "text": "In Annex III to Directive 2014/32/EU, point 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘1.\nThe flowrate range of the water.\nThe values for the flowrate range shall fulfil the following conditions:\nQ3/Q1 ≥ 40\nQ2/Q1 = 1,6\nQ4/Q3 = 1,25’.",
