  "heading": "As an alternative to the frequencies referred to in point 1, in the case of medium combustion plants which are subject to Article 6(3) or Article 6(8), periodic measurements may be required at least each time the following numbers of operating hours have elapsed:",
  "text": "three times the number of maximum average annual operating hours, applicable pursuant to Article 6(3) or Article 6(8), for medium combustion plants with a rated thermal input equal to or greater than 1 MW and less than or equal to 20 MW,\nthe number of maximum average annual operating hours, applicable pursuant to Article 6(3) or Article 6(8), for medium combustion plants with a rated thermal input greater than 20 MW.\nThe frequency of periodic measurements shall in any case not be lower than once every five years.",
