  "text": "In the case of periodic measurements, the emission limit values referred to in Article 6 shall be regarded as having been complied with if the results of each of the series of measurements or of the other procedures defined and determined in accordance with the rules laid down by the competent authority, do not exceed the relevant emission limit value.",
