  "text": "This Directive applies to the following road-safety-related traffic offences:\n(a) speeding;\n(b) failing to use a seat-belt;\n(c) failing to stop at a red traffic light;\n(d) drink-driving;\n(e) driving while under the influence of drugs;\n(f) failing to wear a safety helmet;\n(g) the use of a forbidden lane;\n(h) illegally using a mobile telephone or any other communication devices while driving.",
