  "text": "Member States shall ensure that IORPs are subject to prudential supervision including the supervision of the following where applicable:\n(a) conditions of operation;\n(b) technical provisions;\n(c) funding of technical provisions;\n(d) regulatory own funds;\n(e) available solvency margin;\n(f) required solvency margin;\n(g) investment rules;\n(h) investment management;\n(i) system of governance; and\n(j) information to be provided to members and beneficiaries.",
