  "text": "With regard to the processing of personal data within the framework of this Directive, IORPs and competent authorities shall carry out their tasks for the purposes of this Directive in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. With regard to the processing of personal data by EIOPA within the framework of this Directive, EIOPA shall comply with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.",
