  "text": "The Agency shall provide recommendations and opinions in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/796 for the purpose of application of this Directive. Where relevant, those recommendations and opinions shall be taken into account when implementing acts are being drawn up pursuant to this Directive.",
