  "text": "The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 27 to align the application dates of delegated acts adopted under Article 6(6) with the transposition deadline set out in Article 33(2a). The procedure provided for in Article 27a shall apply to delegated acts adopted pursuant to this Article.",
