# Directive (EU) 2016/800 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on procedural safeguards for children who are suspects or accused persons in criminal proceedings, Article 21: Data collection

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall by 11 June 2021 and every three years thereafter, send to the Commission available data showing how the rights set out in this Directive have been implemented.
