  "text": "The boatmaster shall be able to:\nplan and ensure the safe loading, stowage, securing, unloading and care of cargoes during the voyage;\nplan and ensure the stability of the craft;\nplan and ensure the safe transport of and care for passengers during the voyage, including providing direct assistance to disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility in accordance with the training requirements and instructions of Annex IV of Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010.",
