  "text": "By 29 December 2020, the Commission shall review the application of Article 108(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU. The Commission shall assess in particular the need for any further amendments with regard to the ranking of deposits in insolvency. The Commission shall submit a report thereon to the European Parliament and to the Council.",
