# Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (recast) (Text with EEA relevance), Division 13: Emissions of the fuel in use, eu, shall be taken to be zero for biofuels and bioliquids.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Emissions of non-CO2 greenhouse gases (N2O and CH4) of the fuel in use shall be included in the eu factor for bioliquids.
