  "text": "Annex III to Directive (EU) 2016/1629 is amended as follows:\n(1) point 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2.\nStrength and stability\nStructure reinforcement and stability\nCertificate/attestation by a recognised classification society’;\n(2) the following point 8 is added:\n‘8.\nMachinery\nSteering systems\nPropeller shafts and accessories\nPropulsion engines, coupling and accessories\nPresence of a bow-thruster\nBilge systems and firefighting installations\nEmergency power sources and electrical installations\nCertificate/attestation by a recognised classification society’.",
