Article 29 Delegated acts

The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 30, updating Annex I to take into account any relevant amendments to be made to Council Decisions 2008/615/JHAf1 and 2008/616/JHA or where this is required by any other relevant legal acts of the Union.
