  "text": "For the purposes of this Directive, the following definitions apply:\n(1) ‘unrepresented citizen’ means any citizen holding the nationality of a Member State which is not represented in a third country as set out in Article 6 of Directive (EU) 2015/637;\n(2) ‘applicant’ means the person applying for an EU ETD;\n(3) ‘recipient’ means the person being issued an EU ETD;\n(4) ‘assisting Member State’ means the Member State receiving an application for an EU ETD;\n(5) ‘Member State of nationality’ means the Member State of which the applicant claims to be a national;\n(6) ‘working days’ means all days other than public holidays or weekends observed by the authority required to act.",
