  "text": "1. At least every five years, the Commission shall review Annexes I and II in light of scientific and technical progress as well as of the Member States’ risk-based approach to water safety contained in the data sets established pursuant to Article 18 and, where appropriate, shall submit a legislative proposal to amend this Directive.\n2. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 in order to amend Annex III where necessary to adapt it to scientific and technical progress.\nThe Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 in order to amend the parametric value of Bisphenol A in Part B of Annex I, to the extent necessary to adapt it to scientific and technical progress, essentially based on the ongoing review carried out by EFSA.",
