# Regulation No 31 (EEC), 11 (EAEC), laying down the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, Article 35


Officials shall be assigned one of the following administrative statuses:
(a)Active employment;
(b)Secondment;
(c)Leave on personal grounds;
(d)Non-active status;
(e)Leave for military service;
(f)Parental leave or family leave;
(g)Leave in the interests of the service.
