# Regulation No 31 (EEC), 11 (EAEC), laying down the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, Article 47


Services shall be terminated by:
(a)resignation;
(b)compulsory resignation;
(c)retirement in the interests of the service;
(d)dismissal for incompetence;
(e)removal from post;
(f)retirement; or
(g)death.
