Article 82 F1

The pensions provided for above shall be calculated by reference to salary scales in force on the first day of the month in which entitlement commences.

No correction coefficient shall be applicable to pensions.

Pensions expressed in euro shall be paid in one of the currencies referred to in Article 45 of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations.

F22.

Where remuneration is updated in accordance with Article 65(1), the same update shall be applied to pensions.

The provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply by analogy to recipients of an invalidity allowance.
