  "text": "FINAL ACT\nThe representatives\nOF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY,\nand\nOF THE SWISS CONFEDERATION,\nassembled at Brussels on this twenty-second day of July in the year one thousand nine hundred and seventy-two,\nfor the signature of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation,\nat the time of signature of this Agreement,\nhave adopted the following declarations annexed to this Act:\n1.. Joint declaration by the Contracting Parties concerning Article 4(3) of Protocol No 1,\n2.. Joint declaration by the Contracting Parties concerning transport of goods in transit,\n3.. Declaration concerning workers,\nand have taken note of the declarations listed below and annexed to this Act:\n1.. Declaration by the European Economic Community concerning the regional application of certain provisions of the Agreement,\n2.. Declaration by the European Economic Community concerning Article 23(1) of the Agreement.\nThe abovementioned representatives\nand the representative of the\nPRINCIPALITY OF LIECHTENSTEIN,\nhave signed the Additional Agreement concerning the validity, for the Principality of Liechtenstein, of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation of 22 July 1972.",
