  "text": "Regulation (EEC) No 2840/72 of the Council\nof 19 December 1972\nconcluding an Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation and adopting provisions for its implementation and concluding an additional Agreement concerning the validity, for the Principality of Liechtenstein of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation of 22 July 1972\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Commission,\nWhereas the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Swiss Confederation signed in Brussels on 22 July 1972 should be concluded and the Declarations annexed to the Final Act, together with the additional Agreement concerning the validity of the abovementioned Agreement for the Principality of Liechtenstein, likewise signed in Brussels on 22 July 1972, should be adopted;\nWhereas, since the Agreement establishes a Joint Committee, representatives of the Community on this Committee should be appointed,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
