1.

No new quantitative restriction on imports or measures having equivalent effect shall be introduced in trade between the Community and Iceland.

2.

The Community shall abolish quantitative restrictions on imports on 1 January 1973 and any measures having an effect equivalent to quantitative restrictions on imports not later than 1 January 1975.

Iceland shall abolish quantitative restrictions on imports and any measures having an effect equivalent to quantitative restrictions on imports not later than 1 January 1975.
