# Regulation (EEC) No 154/74 of the Council of 17 December 1973 on the protective measures provided in the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Lebanese Republic, Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Articles 1 and 2 shall not affect implementation of the protective clauses provided for in the Treaty, in particular in Articles 108 and 109 thereof, in accordance with the procedures provided for therein.
