# Council Regulation (EEC) No 3618/82 of 21 December 1982 on the application of Decision No 3/82 of the EEC-Norway Joint Committee amending Protocols 1 and 2 to the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the said State, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply with effect from 1 January 1982.
