  "text": "The International Convention on the Harmonization of Frontier Controls of Goods is hereby approved on behalf of the European Economic Community.\nThe Community shall apply the Convention to the controls carried out at its external frontiers in accordance with Article 15 of the Convention.\nThe text of the Convention is attached to this Regulation.",
