# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3440/84 of 6 December 1984 on the attachment of devices to trawls, Danish seines and similar nets, Article 1

For the purposes of this Regulation the word ‘trawl’ shall correspond to the terms ‘trawl, Danish seine or similar net’.
