# Council Regulation (EEC) No 1554/85 of 4 June 1985 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles on fishing off Seychelles, Division 10


To avoid any adverse effect on small-scale fisheries in Seychelles, fishing by seiners shall not be authorized in the continental shelf area as defined by the 200-metre isobath or within the three-mile limit around the rafts placed by Seychelles.
