  "text": "288 The type approval authority of the Member State may deliver the type approval certificate as soon as it holds the three required certificates.\n289 The type approval certificate shall be copied by the type approval authority to the laboratory in charge of the interoperability tests at the time of deliverance to the manufacturer.\n290 The laboratory competent for interoperability tests shall run a public web site on which will be updated the list of recording equipment or tachograph cards models:\nfor which a request for interoperability tests have been registered,\nhaving received an interoperability certificate (even provisional),\nhaving received a type approval certificate.",
