# Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 of 20 December 1985 on recording equipment in road transport, Division 2

The approval mark shall be shown on the descriptive plaque of each set of equipment , on each record sheet and on each tachograph card. It must be indelible and must always remain clearly legible.
