# Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 of 20 December 1985 on recording equipment in road transport, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Recording equipment within the meaning of this Regulation shall, as regards construction, installation, use and testing, comply with the requirements of this Regulation and of Annexes I or IB and II thereto, which shall form an integral part of this Regulation.
