# Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 of 20 December 1985 on recording equipment in road transport, Article 6

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Member States shall issue to the applicant an EEC approval mark, which shall conform to the model shown in Annex II, for each type of recording equipment or model record sheet or memory card which they approve pursuant to Article 5.
