# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1764/86 of 27 May 1986 laying down minimum quality requirements for products processed from tomatoes under the production aid scheme, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

For the manufacture of the products referred to in Article 1 only fresh, red, healthy, ripe, sound and clean tomatoes (fruit of Lycopersicum esculentum P. Mill), suitable for processing, shall be used and, where applicable, only the varieties provided for in Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 449/2001.
