  "text": "For the purposes of this Title, ‘ peeled tomatoes ’ means:\npeeled frozen tomatoes, whole or non-whole,\nand\npeeled preserved tomatoes, whole or non-whole, as defined in Article 1(2) of Regulation (EC) No 449/2001 ;\n‘ unpeeled tomatoes ’ means:\nunpeeled preserved tomatoes, whole or non-whole, as defined in Article 1 of the abovementioned Regulation.",
