# Council Regulation (EEC) No 2143/87 of 13 July 1987 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the People's Republic of Mozambique on fisheries relations, Article 12


Nothing in this Agreement shall affect or prejudice in any manner the view of either Party with respect to any matter relating to the Law of the Sea.
