# Council Regulation (EEC) No 2143/87 of 13 July 1987 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the People's Republic of Mozambique on fisheries relations, Article 5


Should the Community fail to make the payments provided for in this Protocol, the Agreement on fishing may be suspended.
