The Annex referred to in Article 4 and the Protocol referred to in Article 6 of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Government of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe on fishing off São Tomé and Principe, signed on 1 February 1984, shall be replaced by the texts attached to this Agreement.
