  "text": "In return for the fishing opportunities granted under Article 2, the Community shall pay financial compensation to Angola, in accordance with the conditions and arrangements stipulated in the Protocol annexed to this Agreement, without prejudice to the financing received by Angola under the Lomé Convention.",
