  "text": "1. The Community shall also contribute during the period referred to in Article 1 up to 350 000 ECU towards the financing of Angolan scientific and technical programmes (equipment, infrastructure, seminars, studies, etc.) in order to improve information on the fishery resources within Angola's fishing zone.\n2. The competent Angolan authorities shall send to the Commission a report on the utilization of the funds.\n3. The Community's contribution to the scientific and technical programmes shall be paid in two annual instalments into a specific account determined by the competent Angolan authorities.",
