  "text": "Owners of shrimp trawlers to whom fishing licences have been issued under the Agreement shall contribute to the on-the-job vocational training of two Angolan nationals on board each shrimp trawler.\nThe seamen's wages, set in accordance with Angolan scales, and other forms of remuneration shall be borne by the shipowners.",
