# Council Regulation (EEC) No 4143/87 of 14 December 1987 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on fishing off the coast of Mauritania and adopting provisions for its application, Division 3: At the request of the Mauritanian authorities, Community vessels shall take on board a fisherman/scientific observer as part of the compulsory percentage taken on board.


The presence of this fisherman/scientific observer may not prejudice fishing operations.
