  "text": "Community vessels, except those of less than 150 GRT, fishing in Mauritania's fishing zone under the Agreement, shall radio the date, time and their position to the Nouadhibou radio station (call sign FC5TA) whenever entering or leaving the Mauritanian fisheries zone.",
