# Council Regulation (EEC) No 4143/87 of 14 December 1987 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania on fishing off the coast of Mauritania and adopting provisions for its application, Division H: BY-CATCH


Vessels fishing shrimp, black hake and coastal pelagic species may not hold on board by-catch amounting to more than 10 % of the total weight of the catch.
