  "text": "For the purposes of the trade description laid down in Article 7, a distinction shall be drawn between the following covering media, with or without the addition of other ingredients:\n1.. olive oil;\n2.. other refined vegetable oils, including olive-residue oil used singly or in mixtures;\n3.. tomato sauce;\n4.. natural juice (liquid exuding from the fish during cooking), saline solution or water;\n5.. marinade, with or without wine;\n6.. any other covering medium, on condition that it is clearly distinguished from the other covering media defined in points 1 to 5.\nThese covering media may be mixed, but olive oil may not be mixed with other oils.",
