# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2692/89 of 6 September 1989 laying down detailed rules for exports of rice to Réunion, Article 10

The competent authority of the Member State concerned shall, as soon as the Commission has reached a decision under Article 9 (1), notify in writing all tenderers of the outcome of their participation in the tendering procedure.
