# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2692/89 of 6 September 1989 laying down detailed rules for exports of rice to Réunion, Article 11

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The tendering security referred to in Article 7 (3) (a) shall be released if the tender is not accepted.
The primary requirements as defined in Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2220/85 shall be:
maintenance of the offer
lodging within the time limits set, of the application referred to in Article 7 (3) (b) and of the relevant security referred to in Article 13 (9).
