# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2692/89 of 6 September 1989 laying down detailed rules for exports of rice to Réunion, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The amount of the subsidy shall be fixed by reference to the following specific factors:
(a) quotations and prices on the representative Community export markets;
(b) the most favourable quotations and prices in non-member States exporting to the world market;
(c) marketing costs and the most favourable transport costs from Community markets to the ports serving the market on the island of Réunion;
(d) if necessary, forwarding costs to Réunion.
