# Council Regulation (EEC) No 3528/89 of 23 November 1989 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff, Article 1

The first citation in Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 is hereby replaced by the following:
‘Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28, 43 and 113 thereof’.
