Article 1

The quantitative restrictions on the release for free circulation in the Community of the products listed in Annex I, originating in the USSR, are hereby abolished in the regions of the Community specified in the Annex in relation to those products.

The application of quantitative restrictions on the release for free circulation in the Community of products listed in Annex II, originating in the USSR, is hereby suspended in the regions of the Community listed in the Annex, on the terms and conditions specified in that Annex,
