# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1184/91 of 6 May 1991 laying down detailed rules for the application of the aid scheme for Portuguese cereal producers, Article 10

Where the aid applications contain information which is incorrect either wilfully or as a result of gross negligence, the applicant shall lose his entitlement to aid for the following marketing year.
