# Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1184/91 of 6 May 1991 laying down detailed rules for the application of the aid scheme for Portuguese cereal producers, Article 6

The buyers referred to in Article 5 shall keep available for the competent national authorities accounts containing in particular:
(a) the names and addresses of the producers or operators who supplied them with the cereal grains;
(b) the quantities of each type of cereal supplied as described above and the date of such deliveries.
